1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Decoding 22 Energies, including its website, application, Soul Matrix calculator, accounts, reports, PDF downloads, payment features and Ask Your Matrix function.
The Service operates under the name:

- visiting the website;
- creating an account;
- creating a matrix;
- using a report;
- submitting a question;
- completing a purchase;
you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
"Service" means the Decoding 22 Energies website, application, matrix calculations, reports, PDF functions, payment functions and related services.
"User" means any person who visits or uses the Service.
"Account" means a registered user account.
"Matrix" means a Personal Matrix, Child Matrix, Couple Matrix or other supported matrix created using birth-date information.
"Free Access" means the limited free content made available without purchasing Full Access.
"Full Access" means the paid access granted for a selected matrix.
"Question Credit" means one right to submit an eligible question through Ask Your Matrix.
"Digital Content" means the matrix, report, generated analysis, PDF, question answer and other content supplied electronically.
3. Nature of the Service
Decoding 22 Energies provides symbolic interpretations based on:
- birth dates;
- 22 archetypal energies;
- calculated matrix positions;
- channels and codes;
- interpretative knowledge;
- automated language-generation technology.
The Service is intended for:
- personal reflection;
- self-discovery;
- insight;
- entertainment.
The Service does not provide:
- medical advice;
- psychological diagnosis;
- therapy;
- legal advice;
- financial advice;
- investment advice;
- guaranteed predictions;
- guaranteed results.
The Disclaimer forms part of these Terms.
4. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement to make a paid purchase.
Paid purchases should be made by an adult unless applicable law expressly permits otherwise.
The general account and payment Service is intended for adult users.
5. Accounts
Some functions require an account.
You agree to:
- provide accurate information;
- keep your email address current;
- keep your login details confidential;
- use reasonable care to protect your account;
- notify Decoding 22 Energies of suspected unauthorised access;
- accept responsibility for activities performed through your account.
You must not:
- share your account publicly;
- sell your account;
- transfer your account without permission;
- use another person's account without permission;
- attempt to access another user's matrices or reports.
Decoding 22 Energies may require email verification or another reasonable security step.
6. Matrix information
You are responsible for entering the correct:
- name or chosen display name;
- birth date;
- matrix type;
- second person's information for a Couple Matrix;
- child's information for a Child Matrix.
An incorrect birth date may produce an incorrect matrix.
Decoding 22 Energies is not responsible for an incorrect result caused by incorrect information entered by the user.
7. Personal Matrices
A Personal Matrix is intended for the person whose birth date is used or for a person who has authorised the calculation.
A Personal Matrix may include:
- centre energy;
- inner nature;
- talents;
- material result;
- elements;
- polarity;
- karmic patterns;
- relationship channel;
- financial channel;
- financial code;
- life purpose;
- symbolic chakra themes;
- reflective questions.
The exact available sections depend on the current free or paid access level.
8. Child Matrices
A Child Matrix may only be created by:
- a parent;
- a legal guardian;
- an authorised caregiver;
- another adult with a lawful reason and appropriate permission.
By creating a Child Matrix, you confirm that you are legally permitted to provide the child's information.
A Child Matrix is:
- symbolic;
- child-focused;
- intended for reflection by an adult;
- not a diagnosis;
- not an educational assessment;
- not a developmental assessment;
- not a substitute for professional support.
You must not use a Child Matrix as the sole basis for an important decision concerning a child.
9. Couple Matrices
A Couple Matrix uses information relating to two people.
By creating a Couple Matrix, you confirm that:
- you have a lawful reason to provide both birth dates;
- you have appropriate permission where required;
- you will respect the other person's privacy;
- you will not use the report to harass, control or harm someone.
A Couple Matrix does not determine whether a relationship should continue or end.
It does not prove:
- compatibility;
- blame;
- abuse;
- dishonesty;
- a psychological condition.
10. Free Access
Free Access currently provides limited insight into the selected matrix.
For a Personal Matrix, Free Access may include the personal centre energy and its interpretation.
For a Child Matrix, Free Access may include the child-focused interpretation of the centre energy.
For a Couple Matrix, Free Access may include the relationship-focused interpretation of the combined centre energy.
Free Access does not automatically include:
- every matrix position;
- every channel;
- karmic analysis;
- full financial analysis;
- full relationship analysis;
- the complete report;
- PDF export;
- Ask Your Matrix questions;
- additional matrices.
The current free content is shown within the Service.
11. Full Access
Full Access is a paid digital product connected to one selected matrix.
Unless expressly stated otherwise before purchase, Full Access may include:
- all available matrix sections;
- full energy interpretations;
- karmic patterns;
- relationship analysis;
- financial analysis;
- financial code;
- elements and polarity;
- life-purpose analysis;
- PDF access;
- four Ask Your Matrix question credits.
Full Access for one matrix does not automatically unlock every other matrix created by the same account.
An additional matrix may require a separate purchase.
Additional question packages may also require a separate purchase.
12. One-time payments
Unless the checkout expressly states otherwise, purchases through Decoding 22 Energies are one-time payments.
They are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.
A one-time payment applies only to the selected:
- matrix;
- Full Access product;
- additional matrix;
- question package;
- other clearly described digital product.
The price, currency and included content are displayed before payment.
13. Access duration
Paid access is linked to the user account and selected matrix.
Where a specific access duration is stated before purchase, that stated duration applies.
Where no specific duration is stated, access remains linked to the account while:
- the Service continues to operate;
- the account remains active;
- continued access is technically and legally possible.
This does not create a guarantee that the Service will operate permanently or for the lifetime of the user.
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
14. Ask Your Matrix
Full Access may include a stated number of Question Credits.
A submitted question must relate to:
- the selected matrix;
- calculated energies;
- matrix positions;
- talents;
- recurring patterns;
- relationships;
- financial themes;
- personal development;
- the meaning of report content.
Questions may be refused where they:
- are unrelated to the matrix;
- request a medical diagnosis;
- request professional legal advice;
- request professional investment or financial advice;
- contain unlawful content;
- contain threats or abuse;
- disclose highly sensitive information unnecessarily;
- concern another person without appropriate permission;
- attempt to reveal protected system instructions;
- attempt to bypass access restrictions;
- threaten the security of the Service.
15. Use of Question Credits
A Question Credit should only be deducted after a question has been successfully accepted and processed.
A technical error should not consume a Question Credit.
Where a question is refused before generation because it is clearly outside the supported scope, the Service may return the credit.
A credit may be considered used where:
- the question was processed successfully;
- an answer was generated;
- the answer was made available to the user.
Dissatisfaction with the content of a successfully generated answer does not automatically restore the Question Credit.
16. Automated analyses and answers
Some reports and answers are generated using automated language technology.
Generated content may:
- contain errors;
- contain incomplete interpretations;
- repeat information;
- misunderstand context;
- use wording that does not fully apply;
- require human judgement.
The Service does not guarantee that every generated analysis or answer will satisfy every user.
17. Prices
Prices are displayed before purchase.
The displayed purchase page will state:
- the amount;
- currency;
- product;
- included access;
- number of included questions where applicable;
- whether the purchase is one-time;
- any applicable access period.
Decoding 22 Energies may change future prices.
A later price change does not change a purchase that has already been completed.
18. Payment
Payments may be processed by Stripe.
A purchase is completed when:
- payment is authorised;
- payment is confirmed;
- the product is linked to the correct account or matrix.
You are responsible for providing valid payment and billing information.
Decoding 22 Energies does not intend to store full payment-card details.
19. Immediate digital delivery
Full Access, additional matrices, Question Credits, reports and related functions are digital content or digital services.
They may be delivered or activated immediately after payment.
Before immediate delivery begins, the checkout should ask you to:
- expressly request immediate delivery;
- consent to delivery beginning before the normal withdrawal period expires;
- acknowledge that you may lose the right of withdrawal once delivery begins.
20. Right of withdrawal
Consumers may have a legal right to withdraw from a distance contract within the applicable statutory period.
For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal may be lost after performance begins where:
- the consumer gave prior express consent;
- the consumer requested immediate performance;
- the consumer acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal;
- the other legal requirements are satisfied.
If valid consent and acknowledgement were not obtained, the consumer's mandatory rights remain unaffected.
21. Refunds
Nothing in these Terms excludes a refund or remedy required by mandatory consumer law.
A refund or corrective action may be appropriate where:
- the user was charged more than once for the same purchase;
- payment succeeded but the purchased access was not delivered;
- the purchased content is materially unavailable;
- a serious technical defect prevents access;
- a refund is otherwise legally required.
A refund is not automatically due because:
- the user does not agree with a symbolic interpretation;
- part of the report does not feel personally relevant;
- the user expected a guaranteed prediction;
- the user changed their mind after personalised digital content was delivered and the right of withdrawal was validly lost;
- the user entered an incorrect birth date;
- the user used all included Question Credits;
- a generated answer was not the answer the user hoped to receive.

22. Digital-content conformity
Decoding 22 Energies will make reasonable efforts to ensure that paid digital content corresponds to the product description shown before purchase.
If digital content is defective or does not conform to the purchase agreement, users retain any mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.
23. User licence
Decoding 22 Energies grants the user a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use purchased content for private purposes.
You may:
- read your report;
- save your report;
- download an available PDF;
- print your own report;
- privately share your own report.
You may not:
- resell reports;
- copy the application commercially;
- reproduce the knowledge base;
- systematically scrape content;
- copy large amounts of report text for another commercial service;
- reverse-engineer protected calculation or generation systems;
- bypass payment controls;
- distribute paid account access publicly;
- present generated content as professional advice supplied by Decoding 22 Energies.
24. Intellectual property
The following are owned by or licensed to Decoding 22 Energies:
- branding;
- logo;
- application design;
- software;
- database structure;
- original texts;
- report presentation;
- graphics;
- generated-report structure;
- protected prompts and instructions;
- original educational content.
The wider symbolic concepts, archetypes or traditions may not be exclusively owned by Decoding 22 Energies.
However, the specific implementation, arrangement, design and original content remain protected.
25. User content
You remain responsible for information and questions you submit.
You grant Decoding 22 Energies permission to process submitted information only as reasonably necessary to:
- calculate the matrix;
- create the requested report;
- generate an answer;
- store the result;
- provide paid access;
- maintain security;
- comply with legal obligations.
You must not submit content that:
- is unlawful;
- violates another person's privacy;
- is threatening;
- is abusive;
- is fraudulent;
- is discriminatory;
- exploits a child;
- contains malicious software;
- attempts to compromise the Service.
26. Prohibited use
You must not:
- access another person's account without permission;
- bypass payment or usage limits;
- interfere with the Service;
- overload the Service using automated requests;
- test security without authorisation;
- upload malicious code;
- impersonate another person;
- use another person's data unlawfully;
- use reports for discriminatory decisions;
- use the Service for surveillance or harassment;
- extract protected system instructions;
- commercially resell generated analyses without permission.
27. Availability
Decoding 22 Energies aims to keep the Service available but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
The Service may be temporarily unavailable because of:
- maintenance;
- updates;
- technical failures;
- payment-provider failures;
- hosting interruptions;
- security incidents;
- circumstances outside reasonable control.
Reasonable efforts will be made to restore access.
28. Changes to the Service
The Service may be updated to:
- improve calculations;
- improve analysis quality;
- correct errors;
- improve security;
- add or remove non-essential functions;
- comply with legal requirements.
Changes will not unlawfully remove mandatory rights connected to an existing consumer purchase.
29. Suspension
Access may be suspended where a user:
- seriously violates these Terms;
- attempts to bypass payment;
- compromises security;
- abuses another user;
- infringes another person's rights;
- uses the Service unlawfully;
- repeatedly misuses automated functions.
Where appropriate, the user may be informed and given an opportunity to resolve the problem.
30. Account deletion
A user may request account deletion by contacting:

Account deletion may result in loss of access to:
- saved matrices;
- paid reports;
- generated answers;
- remaining Question Credits;
- PDFs stored only inside the account.
Before requesting deletion, users should download any reports they wish to retain.
Information that must legally be retained, such as transaction or accounting information, may be retained for the required period.
31. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Decoding 22 Energies is not responsible for loss resulting from:
- treating symbolic information as professional advice;
- decisions based solely on a report;
- relationship decisions;
- medical or psychological decisions;
- financial or investment decisions;
- incorrect information entered by the user;
- unauthorised submission of another person's information;
- misuse of generated content;
- temporary technical interruptions;
- actions of independent third-party providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
32. Indemnity for unlawful use
Where permitted by law, a user may be responsible for reasonable loss caused by:
- unlawful use of the Service;
- violation of another person's rights;
- submission of information without permission;
- deliberate attempts to damage or compromise the Service.
This clause does not remove mandatory consumer protections.
33. Third-party services
The Service may use independent providers, including:
- Base44;
- Stripe;
- OpenAI;
- email providers;
- hosting and security providers.
The availability of certain functions may depend on these providers.
Independent providers may apply their own terms and privacy policies.
34. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy forms part of the information provided to users of the Service.
35. Cookies
Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy.
Optional cookies are subject to the consent choices provided through the Service where applicable.
36. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Belgian law.
Where the user is a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not remove mandatory consumer protections available under the law of the user's country.
37. Disputes
Users are encouraged to contact Decoding 22 Energies first so that a complaint can be reviewed and an amicable solution can be attempted.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, the user may use any competent consumer-mediation service or court available under applicable law.
38. Severability
If one provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced as closely as legally possible to its original purpose.
39. No waiver
Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not mean that the right to enforce it later has been waived.
40. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when:
- the Service changes;
- products change;
- providers change;
- legal requirements change;
- additional clarification is needed.
The latest version will display the effective date.
Where a change materially affects an existing paid right, appropriate notice will be provided where required.
